Introducing The Ternary Garden Bar, sprouting up between Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour and ibis Sydney Darling Harbour for a limited time over summer running through until 28 February, 2017

 


This relaxed garden-like setting with sweeping views of the Sydney city skyline will be the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sunshine this summer.

The short and sweet bar menu includes a handful of cocktails including Ternary Frosé topped with edible flowers, The Garden Spritz, White Wine Sangria and Cascade Ginger Beer with Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, mint and lime ‘on tap’ however also available in giant jugs for those drinking with a crowd.
