February is the month of love and our Director of Culinary, Anthony Flowers has put together a special degustation menu to celebrate including a glass of Taittinger Champagne and a Chocolate Heart.

  • naan bread w smoked mango chutney + riata
  • trio of oysters, champagne vinaigrette, shallot + ginger, natural w fresh lime
  • seared duck breast w a salad of water chestnuts, pickled ginger, walnuts + cranberry chambon glaze
  • fraser island spanner Crab on betel leaf wasabi tabiko
  • seared cube roll peppercorn sauce potato of the day, watercress salad
